Techwise is pleased to announce the launch of Techwise Construction Management Talent (TCMT™). TCMT™ is a curated pool of over 800 international construction management professionals and specialists for onshore construction projects in China and offshore construction projects in Southeast Asia.
Why we built TCMT™
Since 2016, Techwise has supported FPSO, FLNG and offshore projects from our offices in Singapore, Tianjin, Qingdao, Nantong, Shenzhen and Bangkok. More and more international clients are building FPSOs, FSOs, FLNGs, modules and offshore fixed platforms in Chinese yards. At the same time, Techwise has been providing engineering and project management services to clients on offshore transportation and installation projects in Southeast Asia. Both need experienced people on site, at short notice, to deliver successful projects. TCMT™ lets us bring proven professionals and the projects that need them together faster.
Roles our projects need
- Onshore construction in China: admin and document control, planning and cost control, subcontract management, on-site engineering, construction supervision, QA/QC inspection, HSSE oversight, and testing and pre-commissioning.
- Offshore construction in Southeast Asia: T&I management, offshore supervision, QA/QC inspection, HSSE oversight, hook-up and commissioning, client site representatives, rig move and positioning, and marine coordination.
TCMT™ member benefits
